League Information:
All Star Photo is committed to offering our Leagues the highest quality and
greatest variety of youth sports products. Giving back is a priority that is we will
sponsor a team or event and give the League sponsor plaques and coach pictures
for FREE.
Book your photo-day early. If you can book right after your season ends you will
ensure your photo date.
Once your date is set we will assist you in coming up with a schedule.
Approximately one month prior to picture day you will receive a packet of picture
day supplies. The packet will include one for each Division Manager, this division
packet will contain one packet for each coach with a note explaining the picture
day procedure, the date time and location of pictures and one order form for each
player. You will also receive some picture day fliers and a copy of the picture
schedule.
On picture day we will arrive on site with plenty of time to set up prior to start
time.
The Photographer and assistants will treat all players, coaches and parents with
kindness, patience and respect. They will ensure that the schedule is strictly
adhered too.
Within three to four weeks the pictures either be mailed out to the individual
players homes or packed up by individual player team and division for easy
distribution by the League. All pictures are 100% guaranteed.
